1. Ứng dụng hoạt động ngoại tuyến (offline)

Phần sổ cân của Sổ Cân Tôm hoạt động ngoại tuyến. Ứng dụng KHÔNG thu thập, KHÔNG gửi và KHÔNG chia sẻ dữ liệu bạn nhập (bảng cân, số ký, giá, thông tin thương lái, công nợ, ghi chú, ảnh bill…) với nhà phát triển hoặc máy chủ do nhà phát triển vận hành. Cơ sở dữ liệu và ảnh đính kèm được lưu trực tiếp trên thiết bị; nhà phát triển không nhìn thấy và không truy cập được.

Ứng dụng không dùng cập nhật từ xa (OTA) và không kiểm tra bản cập nhật qua Expo. Kết nối mạng chỉ dùng cho: giao dịch Pro với Google Play/App Store (Mục 3); gửi số liệu dùng app ẩn danh mô tả ở Mục 4 (từ bản 21.8.34, tắt được); và khi chính bạn chọn chia sẻ/mở một dịch vụ bên ngoài. Dữ liệu sổ cân không được gửi kèm bất cứ thao tác nào trong số đó.

2. Quyền ứng dụng xin

Ứng dụng có thể xin các quyền sau, chỉ để phục vụ tính năng:

• Máy ảnh và Thư viện ảnh: để bạn chụp hoặc chọn ảnh bill chuyển khoản lưu kèm khoản thanh toán. Ứng dụng không tự gửi ảnh đi; ảnh ở trong dữ liệu cục bộ và có thể thuộc bản sao lưu cấp hệ điều hành như Mục 5.
• Danh bạ: chỉ khi bạn bấm “Nhập từ danh bạ” để thêm nhanh thương lái. Ứng dụng đọc tên và số điện thoại của đúng người bạn chọn, rồi chép vào sổ trong máy. Ứng dụng không tải danh bạ lên mạng, không đọc ngầm, và không sửa danh bạ của bạn.

Bạn có thể từ chối các quyền này trong phần Cài đặt của điện thoại; khi đó chỉ tính năng liên quan tạm thời không dùng được.

Ứng dụng có phát âm thanh (đọc số ký khi cân), nhưng không ghi âm và không xin quyền micrô.

3. Mua trong ứng dụng

Ứng dụng có bán gói nâng cấp Pro. Việc thanh toán do Google Play hoặc App Store xử lý hoàn toàn.

• Ứng dụng không nhìn thấy, không nhận và không lưu số thẻ, tài khoản ngân hàng hay thông tin xác thực phương thức thanh toán của bạn.
• Ứng dụng kết nối trực tiếp với dịch vụ của cửa hàng để lấy mã gói và giá hiển thị, bắt đầu/hoàn tất giao dịch, khôi phục giao dịch và kiểm tra quyền Pro còn hiệu lực.
• Ứng dụng chỉ nhận thông tin mua hàng tối thiểu do cửa hàng cung cấp cho các việc trên (ví dụ mã sản phẩm, trạng thái giao dịch/thuê bao và mã giao dịch hoặc biên nhận khi nền tảng yêu cầu). Thông tin này được xử lý trong ứng dụng để xác nhận giao dịch và mở quyền Pro; không được gửi tới máy chủ riêng của nhà phát triển.
• Ứng dụng lưu cục bộ trạng thái mở khoá, loại gói và ngày mua để vận hành quyền Pro.
• Việc Google/Apple xử lý thông tin thanh toán tuân theo chính sách bảo mật của chính họ.

4. Ứng dụng KHÔNG có

• Không có tài khoản, không yêu cầu đăng nhập.
• Không có quảng cáo.
• Không thu thập vị trí.
• Không bán hoặc tự động chia sẻ dữ liệu sổ cân cho bên thứ ba.

Số liệu dùng app ẩn danh — từ bản 21.8.34. Để biết người dùng gặp khó ở bước nào, ứng dụng gửi sáu mốc sử dụng: mở app · tạo bảng cân · kết sổ · thấy thẻ Pro · bấm mua · kết quả mua. Kèm theo chỉ có: ngôn ngữ đang dùng, hệ điều hành, mã nước của máy, số bản ứng dụng, có gói Pro hay không, và một mã ngẫu nhiên do chính máy tự sinh (không gắn với tên hay số điện thoại của bạn). Từ bản 21.8.35 thêm hai thứ: vai đang dùng (Chủ ao hoặc Thương lái), và khi bạn mở một mục trong sổ tay hướng dẫn thì gửi mã của mục đó — để biết màn nào còn khó hiểu mà sửa. Từ bản 21.8.36 gửi thêm: khi một bảng cân chạm rổ thứ 1, 20 hoặc 100 (chỉ gửi mốc, không gửi số rổ); bảng mở mấy ngày tới lúc kết sổ (chia khoảng: trong ngày · 1 ngày · 2–7 ngày · hơn 7 ngày); khi bạn chạm một cách chia sẻ thì gửi loại (ảnh, chữ, PDF…), nơi mở, và bảng đã kết sổ chưa; khi ghi một lần thu tiền thì gửi một mốc, không kèm số tiền; khi thẻ Pro hiện vì bạn chạm một tính năng Pro thì gửi tên tính năng đó; và khi ứng dụng gặp lỗi phải hiện màn báo lỗi thì gửi tên màn đang mở cùng loại lỗi — không gửi nội dung lỗi.

Giữ lượt miễn phí trên Android (từ bản 21.8.36). Android xoá sạch dữ liệu của ứng dụng khi gỡ app, nên để 9 bảng miễn phí không bị "làm mới" bằng cách gỡ rồi cài lại, ứng dụng gửi lên máy chủ đúng hai thứ: một mã băm một chiều của mã thiết bị mà Android cấp riêng cho ứng dụng này (không gửi mã thật, không đoán ngược ra được) và số bảng cân đã tạo. Không gửi tên, số điện thoại, số ký hay tiền. Phần này là để bảo vệ lượt miễn phí, nên vẫn chạy cả khi bạn tắt "Gửi số liệu ẩn danh". Mất mạng thì ứng dụng vẫn cân bình thường. Trên iPhone, dấu này nằm trong Keychain của chính máy, không gửi đi đâu.

Số liệu này lưu trên máy chủ Supabase đặt tại Singapore. Chỉ nhà phát triển xem được, và chỉ xem dưới dạng số đếm gộp (ví dụ: bao nhiêu máy đã kết sổ trong 30 ngày), không dùng để nhận ra một người.

KHÔNG gửi tên, số điện thoại, địa chỉ, số ký, đơn giá, số tiền, công nợ, tên trại/ao, tên thương lái hay bất cứ nội dung nào của sổ cân. Sổ nằm trong máy bạn. Tắt bất cứ lúc nào tại Cài đặt → Gửi số liệu ẩn danh.

5. Sao lưu và chia sẻ

Khi bạn chủ động bấm “Sao lưu dữ liệu”, ứng dụng tạo một file dữ liệu và để bạn tự chọn nơi gửi/lưu (ví dụ Zalo, Google Drive, Files, AirDrop). Tương tự với việc chia sẻ phiếu cân. Việc dữ liệu đi đâu sau đó là do bạn quyết định, không phải do ứng dụng tự gửi.

Độc lập với nút sao lưu trong ứng dụng, hệ điều hành có thể đưa dữ liệu cục bộ của ứng dụng vào bản sao lưu thiết bị/đám mây theo nền tảng và cài đặt của bạn. Bản Android chỉ cho hệ điều hành sao lưu đúng một thư mục chứa tệp tự sao lưu (xem đoạn dưới), còn cơ sở dữ liệu của sổ và mọi dữ liệu khác thì không; tuy vậy, trên Android 12 trở lên, một số hãng thiết bị vẫn có thể chuyển dữ liệu trực tiếp khi đổi máy. Trên iPhone, bản sao lưu iCloud hoặc bản sao lưu thiết bị vào máy tính có thể chứa dữ liệu ứng dụng theo cài đặt và quy tắc của Apple. Các bản sao lưu/chuyển dữ liệu cấp hệ điều hành do bạn và nhà cung cấp tài khoản/thiết bị quản lý; ứng dụng không tự khởi tạo và nhà phát triển không truy cập được.

Tự sao lưu (gói Pro, có thể tắt trong Cài đặt). Sau mỗi lần kết sổ và mỗi ngày một lần, ứng dụng tạo cùng loại tệp sao lưu như nút “Sao lưu” và cất vào tài khoản của chính bạn: trên iPhone là iCloud Drive (thư mục “Sổ Cân Tôm”, xem được trong app Tệp); trên Android là một thư mục riêng mà dịch vụ sao lưu của Google tự đưa lên Google Drive của thiết bị khi máy đang sạc và có Wi-Fi (nếu bạn bật sao lưu của Google). Ứng dụng giữ 7 bản gần nhất. Tệp đi thẳng từ máy bạn tới Apple hoặc Google; nhà phát triển không nhận, không đọc và không lưu bản nào. Tắt tính năng thì ứng dụng ngừng tạo tệp mới; tệp cũ vẫn ở iCloud Drive/Google của bạn cho tới khi bạn xoá.

6. Xoá dữ liệu

Gỡ ứng dụng sẽ xoá bản dữ liệu nằm trong ứng dụng trên thiết bị đó. File bạn từng chủ động xuất/chia sẻ hoặc bản sao lưu cấp hệ điều hành có thể vẫn còn ở nơi bạn đã chọn và phải được xoá bằng chính dịch vụ đó. Nhà phát triển không giữ bản sao trên máy chủ để xoá thay bạn. Bạn cũng có thể xoá từng bảng cân trong ứng dụng; bảng đã xoá nằm ở “Bảng đã ẩn” cho tới khi bạn chọn “Xoá sạch”.

7. Trẻ em

Ứng dụng dành cho người nuôi tôm và thương lái, không hướng đến trẻ em. Ứng dụng không cố ý thu thập thông tin của trẻ em.

8. Thay đổi chính sách

Chính sách này có thể được cập nhật. Phiên bản mới nhất sẽ hiển thị tại trang này kèm ngày cập nhật.

1. The app works offline

The ledger portion of Sổ Cân Tôm works offline. The app does NOT collect, transmit or share the data you enter (weigh sheets, weights, prices, buyer details, debts, notes, receipt photos, etc.) with the developer or a developer-operated server. Its database and attachments are stored directly on your device; the developer cannot see or access them.

The app does not use over-the-air (OTA) updates and does not check Expo for updates. A network connection is used only for: Pro transactions with Google Play/App Store (Section 3); the anonymous usage data described in Section 4 (from version 21.8.34, can be turned off); and when you deliberately choose to share or open an external service. Your ledger data is not attached to any of those operations.

2. Permissions the app requests

The app may request the following permissions, solely to provide a feature:

• Camera and Photo Library: so you can take or pick a bank-transfer receipt photo to attach to a payment. The app does not transmit the photo on its own; it remains in local app data and may be included in an operating-system backup as described in Section 5.
• Contacts: only when you tap “Import from contacts” to quickly add a trader. The app reads the name and phone number of the exact person you select and copies it into its own list on your device. The app does not upload your contacts, does not read them in the background, and does not modify your contacts.

You may deny any of these permissions in your phone’s Settings; only the related feature will be temporarily unavailable.

The app plays audio (reading weights aloud while weighing), but it does not record audio and never requests microphone access.

3. In-app purchases

The app offers a Pro upgrade. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store.

• The app does not see, receive or store your card number, bank account details, or payment-method credentials.
• The app connects directly to the store service to retrieve product identifiers and displayed prices, start/complete a transaction, restore purchases, and check whether a Pro entitlement remains active.
• The app receives only the purchase information the store makes necessary for those operations (for example product ID, transaction/subscription status, and a transaction token or receipt when required by the platform). It is processed in the app to acknowledge the transaction and grant Pro access, and is not sent to a separate developer server.
• The app stores the unlock state, plan type, and purchase date locally to operate Pro access.
• Google’s and Apple’s handling of payment information is governed by their own privacy policies.

4. What the app does NOT have

• No accounts, no sign-in required.
• No advertising.
• No location collection.
• No selling or automatic sharing of ledger data with third parties.

Anonymous usage data — from version 21.8.34. To learn where users get stuck, the app sends six milestones: app opened · weighing sheet created · sheet finalized · Pro card shown · buy tapped · purchase result. Alongside them, only: the language in use, the operating system, the device region code, the app build number, whether Pro is active, and a random identifier the device generates itself (not linked to your name or phone number). From version 21.8.35 two more items are added: the role in use (Pond owner or Trader), and, when you open a section of the in-app guide, that section's code — so we can fix the screens people find hard to understand. From version 21.8.36 we also send: when a weighing sheet reaches its 1st, 20th or 100th basket (the milestone only, never the basket count); how many days a sheet stayed open before it was finalized (in bands: same day · 1 day · 2–7 days · over 7 days); when you tap a sharing option, its type (image, text, PDF…), where it was opened, and whether the sheet was finalized; when a payment is recorded, a single marker with no amount; when the Pro card appears because you tapped a Pro feature, that feature's name; and when the app hits an error and shows its error screen, the screen name and the error type — never the error text.

Keeping the free sheets on Android (from version 21.8.36). Android wipes an app's data when the app is uninstalled, so to stop the 9 free sheets being "reset" by uninstalling and reinstalling, the app sends our server exactly two things: a one-way hash of the device ID that Android gives to this app only (never the ID itself, and it cannot be reversed) and the number of weighing sheets created. No names, phone numbers, weights or money. Because this protects the free allowance, it runs even when "Send anonymous usage data" is off. Without a connection the app keeps weighing as normal. On iPhone this marker stays in the phone's own Keychain and is not sent anywhere.

This data is stored on Supabase servers located in Singapore. Only the developer can view it, and only as aggregated counts (for example: how many devices finalized a sheet in the last 30 days), never to identify a person.

Never sent: names, phone numbers, addresses, weights, unit prices, amounts, balances due, farm or pond names, buyer names, or any content of your ledger. Your book stays on your phone. Turn it off any time under Settings → Send anonymous usage data.

5. Backup and sharing

When you deliberately tap “Back up data”, the app creates a data file and lets you choose where to send or save it (for example Zalo, Google Drive, Files, AirDrop). The same applies to sharing a weigh receipt. Where the data goes afterwards is your decision — the app never sends it on its own.

Separately from the app’s backup button, the operating system may include local app data in a device or cloud backup depending on the platform and your settings. The Android build lets the operating system back up only the one folder that holds auto-backup files (see below); the book database and all other app data are not included; however, on Android 12 or later, some device manufacturers may still transfer app data directly during device-to-device migration. On iPhone, an iCloud backup or a device backup to a computer may include app data under your settings and Apple’s rules. You and the device/account provider control these system-level backups or transfers; the app does not initiate them and the developer cannot access them.

Auto backup (Pro plan, can be turned off in Settings). After every finalize and once a day, the app creates the same kind of backup file as the “Back up” button and stores it in your own account: on iPhone, iCloud Drive (a “Sổ Cân Tôm” folder you can see in the Files app); on Android, a dedicated folder that Google’s backup service uploads to the device’s Google Drive while the phone is charging on Wi-Fi (if you have Google backup turned on). The app keeps the 7 most recent copies. Files go straight from your phone to Apple or Google; the developer never receives, reads or stores any of them. Turning the feature off stops new files; existing ones stay in your iCloud Drive/Google until you delete them.

6. Deleting your data

Uninstalling the app deletes the copy held inside the app on that device. Files you previously exported/shared or operating-system backups may remain wherever you chose to keep them and must be deleted through that service. The developer has no server copy to delete on your behalf. You may also delete individual weigh sheets in the app; deleted sheets remain in “Hidden sheets” until you choose “Empty trash”.

7. Children

The app is intended for shrimp farmers and traders. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from children.

5. การสำรองข้อมูลและการแชร์

เมื่อคุณกด “สำรองข้อมูล” ด้วยตัวเอง แอปจะสร้างไฟล์ข้อมูลหนึ่งไฟล์ และให้คุณเลือกเองว่าจะส่ง/เก็บที่ไหน (เช่น Zalo, Google Drive, Files, AirDrop) การแชร์ใบชั่งก็เช่นเดียวกัน ข้อมูลจะไปที่ไหนต่อจากนั้นเป็นการตัดสินใจของคุณ ไม่ใช่แอปส่งออกไปเอง

สำรองอัตโนมัติ (แพ็กเกจ Pro ปิดได้ในการตั้งค่า) หลังปิดบิลทุกครั้งและวันละครั้ง แอปจะสร้างไฟล์สำรองแบบเดียวกับปุ่ม “สำรองข้อมูล” แล้วเก็บไว้ในบัญชีของคุณเอง บน iPhone คือ iCloud Drive (โฟลเดอร์ “Sổ Cân Tôm” เปิดดูได้ในแอปไฟล์) บน Android คือโฟลเดอร์เฉพาะที่บริการสำรองของ Google อัปโหลดไป Google Drive ของเครื่องตอนชาร์จและต่อ Wi-Fi (ถ้าคุณเปิดการสำรองของ Google ไว้) แอปเก็บสำเนาล่าสุด 7 ชุด ไฟล์ส่งตรงจากเครื่องของคุณไปยัง Apple หรือ Google นักพัฒนาไม่ได้รับ ไม่ได้อ่าน และไม่ได้เก็บไฟล์ใดเลย ปิดฟีเจอร์แล้วแอปจะหยุดสร้างไฟล์ใหม่ ไฟล์เดิมยังอยู่ใน iCloud Drive/Google ของคุณจนกว่าคุณจะลบ

6. การลบข้อมูล

การถอนการติดตั้งแอปจะลบข้อมูลที่อยู่ในแอปบนเครื่องนั้น ไฟล์ที่คุณเคยส่งออก/แชร์เอง หรือสำรองข้อมูลระดับระบบปฏิบัติการ อาจยังอยู่ในที่ที่คุณเลือกเก็บ และต้องลบผ่านบริการนั้นเอง นักพัฒนาไม่มีสำเนาบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ที่จะลบแทนคุณได้ คุณยังลบบิลชั่งทีละบิลในแอปได้ บิลที่ลบแล้วจะอยู่ใน “บิลที่ซ่อน” จนกว่าคุณจะเลือก “ลบถาวร”

7. เด็ก

แอปนี้ทำมาสำหรับคนเลี้ยงกุ้งและผู้รับซื้อ ไม่ได้มุ่งเป้าไปที่เด็ก และไม่มีเจตนาเก็บข้อมูลของเด็ก

8. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

นโยบายนี้อาจมีการอัปเดต เวอร์ชันล่าสุดจะแสดงบนหน้านี้พร้อมวันที่อัปเดต
