Câu hỏi thường gặp

App có cần mạng không?

Không. App chạy hoàn toàn offline, không cần mạng, không cần đăng nhập. Chỉ khi mua gói Pro mới cần mạng một lát để cửa hàng xác nhận.

Dữ liệu của tôi lưu ở đâu?

Lưu ngay trong máy của bạn. Bạn nên dùng “Sao lưu dữ liệu” trong Cài đặt để giữ phòng khi đổi máy.

Đổi điện thoại thì sao?

Vào Cài đặt → Sao lưu dữ liệu để xuất ra file (gửi vào Zalo hoặc Files), rồi Khôi phục dữ liệu trên máy mới.

App có thu phí không?

39 bảng cân đầu miễn phí — bấm rổ, cộng ký, tính tiền theo size, ghi nợ thương lái đều dùng được, không quảng cáo, không thu phí ẩn.

Cân nhiều hơn, hoặc cần thống kê, sao lưu, phiếu PDF thì mở gói Pro: trả một lần 299.000đ dùng trọn đời, hoặc 199.000đ cho một năm. Gói năm không tự động gia hạn — hết 12 tháng app tự trở về bản miễn phí, không tự trừ tiền bạn lần nào; muốn dùng tiếp thì mua lại.

Hết 39 bảng thì sổ cũ có mất không?

Không. Bảng cân cũ vẫn còn nguyên trong máy, không mất bảng nào. Chỉ là không tạo thêm bảng mới được cho tới khi mở Pro.

Mua Pro rồi, cài lại máy có phải mua lại không?

Không. Mở màn hình Pro, bấm Khôi phục — chỉ cần đăng nhập cùng tài khoản Google/Apple lúc mua. Lưu ý: khôi phục lấy lại gói Pro, không lấy lại dữ liệu — dữ liệu lấy từ file sao lưu của bạn.

Bấm mua mà báo lỗi, hoặc không thấy giá?

Thường do gói chưa mở bán ở khu vực bạn, hoặc tài khoản cửa hàng chưa thêm cách thanh toán. Thử đóng mở lại app; vẫn không được thì email cho mình kèm ảnh chụp màn hình.

Quyền máy ảnh / ảnh để làm gì?

Chỉ để bạn chụp hoặc chọn ảnh bill chuyển khoản lưu kèm khoản thanh toán. Ảnh lưu trong máy, không gửi đi đâu.

Quyền danh bạ để làm gì?

Chỉ khi bạn bấm “Nhập từ danh bạ” để thêm nhanh thương lái. App đọc đúng tên và số bạn chọn, chép vào sổ trong máy. Không tải danh bạ lên mạng, không đọc ngầm, không sửa danh bạ của bạn.

Chức năng đọc số ký không kêu?

Kiểm tra máy có đang để im lặng không, và trong Cài đặt bảng cân → Đọc số đã bật chưa (mặc định tắt).

Muốn góp ý tính năng?

Rất hoan nghênh — cứ email. Nhiều tính năng trong app đến từ góp ý của người dùng thật ngoài ao.

Frequently asked questions

Does the app need an internet connection?

No. The app runs fully offline — no internet, no sign-in. Internet is only needed briefly when buying Pro, so the store can confirm the purchase.

Where is my data stored?

Right on your device. Please use “Back up data” in Settings so you have a copy if you change phone.

What if I change phone?

Go to Settings → Back up data to export a file (send it to yourself on Zalo or Files), then use Restore data on the new phone.

Does the app cost anything?

The first 39 weigh sheets are free — tapping baskets, totalling kilos, working out the money by size, and recording trader debts all work, with no ads and no hidden fees.

To weigh beyond that, or for statistics, backup, and PDF receipts, unlock Pro: a one-time 299,000đ for lifetime, or 199,000đ for one year. The yearly option does not auto-renew — after 12 months the app simply returns to the free version and never charges you again; buy it again if you want to carry on.

When I hit 39 sheets, do I lose my old ones?

No. Your existing weigh sheets stay exactly where they are — none are lost. You simply cannot create new sheets until you unlock Pro.

I bought Pro — do I have to buy it again after reinstalling?

No. Open the Pro screen and tap Restore — you just need to be signed in with the same Google/Apple account you bought it with. Note: restore recovers your Pro purchase, not your data — data comes from your backup file.

The purchase fails, or no price is shown?

Usually the product is not on sale in your region yet, or your store account has no payment method set up. Try closing and reopening the app; if it still fails, email us with a screenshot.

What is the camera / photo permission for?

Only so you can take or pick a bank-transfer receipt photo to attach to a payment. The photo stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.

What is the contacts permission for?

Only when you tap “Import from contacts” to quickly add a trader. The app reads the name and number of the person you pick and copies it into its own list on your device. It never uploads your contacts, never reads them in the background, and never edits them.

Read-aloud makes no sound?

Check that your phone is not on silent, and that Weigh sheet settings → Read aloud is switched on (it is off by default).
