Nói gọn: Sổ Cân Tôm là cuốn sổ ghi chép chạy trong máy bạn. Dữ liệu là của bạn và chỉ nằm trong máy bạn — nên nhớ sao lưu thường xuyên. 9 bảng cân đầu miễn phí; gói Pro là tuỳ chọn, mua qua Google Play hoặc App Store.
1. Chấp nhận điều khoản
Khi tải và dùng ứng dụng FarmBook — Sổ Cân Tôm (“ứng dụng”), bạn đồng ý với các điều khoản dưới đây. Nếu không đồng ý, xin vui lòng không dùng ứng dụng.
2. Quyền sử dụng
Bạn được cấp quyền dùng ứng dụng cho mục đích cá nhân hoặc công việc kinh doanh của chính bạn, không giới hạn thời gian, không được chuyển nhượng.
Bạn không được bán lại ứng dụng, dịch ngược, can thiệp vào mã nguồn, hay tìm cách mở khoá tính năng trả phí mà không thanh toán.
3. Bản miễn phí và gói Pro
Bản miễn phí cho bạn tạo tối đa 9 bảng cân (tính cả đời máy): bấm rổ, cộng ký, tính tiền theo size, ghi nợ thương lái. Hết 9 bảng, ứng dụng không tạo thêm bảng mới cho tới khi bạn mở Pro — bảng cân cũ vẫn còn nguyên, không mất bảng nào. Xoá hay cất bảng không hoàn lại lượt đã dùng. 9 bảng là của cả đời máy (từ bản 21.8.36): gỡ ứng dụng rồi cài lại, hay cập nhật lên bản mới, đều không cấp thêm lượt. Máy đã tạo từ 9 bảng trở lên trước đó vẫn xem, sửa, kết toán và gửi phiếu các bảng đang có; muốn tạo bảng mới thì mở Pro.
Bản miễn phí hiện tối đa 9 bảng cân cùng lúc. Đủ 9 bảng mà muốn cân tiếp, ứng dụng mời bạn cất bảng cũ nhất vào Kho cất: bảng đó tạm ẩn khỏi Trang chủ, mục Còn nợ và Thống kê, nhưng dữ liệu vẫn nằm nguyên trong máy — không mất, không xoá. Mở Pro là hiện lại đầy đủ.
Gói Pro mở thêm: không giới hạn số bảng cân, sổ nợ tổng, thống kê sản lượng và giá, sao kê công nợ và báo cáo trại, sao lưu dữ liệu, đọc số ký thành tiếng, và sắp xếp theo trại/ao/vụ. Có hai lựa chọn:
- Pro trọn đời — 399.000đ: trả một lần, dùng mãi mãi trên tài khoản cửa hàng đã mua. Không có phí định kỳ.
- Pro theo năm — 199.000đ/năm: mỗi cửa hàng vận hành một kiểu:
- Trên Android (Google Play): gói trả trước, KHÔNG tự động gia hạn. Hết 12 tháng, ứng dụng tự trở về bản miễn phí; muốn dùng tiếp bạn chủ động mua lại. Google không tự trừ tiền của bạn thêm lần nào.
- Trên iPhone (App Store): gói thuê bao TỰ ĐỘNG GIA HẠN mỗi năm. Apple sẽ báo trước khi tới kỳ trừ tiền; bạn hủy gia hạn bất cứ lúc nào trong Cài đặt → Apple ID → Đăng ký (Subscriptions) — hủy xong vẫn dùng Pro đủ tới hết kỳ đã trả, không mất ngày nào.
Giá hiển thị ngay trong ứng dụng theo đúng tiền tệ của bạn, tại màn hình giới thiệu Pro, trước khi bạn xác nhận mua.
Thanh toán do Google Play hoặc App Store xử lý toàn bộ. Ứng dụng không nhận và không lưu thông tin thẻ của bạn.
4. Hoàn tiền
Vì mọi giao dịch đều đi qua Google Play hoặc App Store, việc hoàn tiền tuân theo chính sách hoàn tiền của chính hai cửa hàng đó. Xin liên hệ trực tiếp cửa hàng nơi bạn mua. Chúng tôi sẵn sàng hỗ trợ bạn qua email nếu cần.
5. Khôi phục gói đã mua
Nếu bạn đổi máy hoặc cài lại ứng dụng, dùng nút Khôi phục trong màn hình Pro để lấy lại gói đã mua, miễn là bạn đăng nhập cùng tài khoản Google/Apple đã dùng lúc mua. Lưu ý: khôi phục lấy lại gói Pro, không lấy lại dữ liệu — dữ liệu phải lấy từ file sao lưu của bạn.
6. Dữ liệu là của bạn — và bạn phải tự sao lưu
Ứng dụng chạy ngoại tuyến, dữ liệu chỉ nằm trong máy bạn. Chúng tôi không giữ bản sao nào trên máy chủ.
Nếu bạn làm mất máy, máy hỏng, hoặc gỡ ứng dụng mà chưa sao lưu thì dữ liệu không thể lấy lại được. Hãy dùng tính năng Sao lưu dữ liệu thường xuyên và giữ file sao lưu ở nơi an toàn (Zalo, Google Drive, máy tính…).
7. Ứng dụng là công cụ ghi chép — bạn chịu trách nhiệm về số liệu
Ứng dụng giúp bạn ghi và cộng số nhanh hơn, nhưng số liệu do bạn nhập vào. Ứng dụng không cân thay bạn và không kiểm chứng được số bạn gõ.
Trước khi dùng số liệu để thanh toán, trả nợ hay giao dịch, bạn phải tự đối chiếu lại. Mọi quyết định mua bán, tính tiền và công nợ là trách nhiệm của bạn.
8. Giới hạn trách nhiệm
Ứng dụng được cung cấp “nguyên trạng”. Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm cho các thiệt hại gián tiếp phát sinh từ việc dùng ứng dụng, bao gồm mất dữ liệu do không sao lưu, hay thiệt hại kinh doanh do số liệu nhập sai. Điều khoản này không loại trừ các quyền mà pháp luật bảo vệ người tiêu dùng dành cho bạn.
9. Thay đổi
Điều khoản có thể được cập nhật cùng các phiên bản mới của ứng dụng. Bản mới nhất luôn hiển thị tại trang này kèm ngày cập nhật.

In short: Sổ Cân Tôm is a record book that runs on your device. Your data is yours and lives only on your device — so back it up regularly. The first 9 weigh sheets are free; Pro is optional and purchased through Google Play or the App Store.
1. Acceptance
By downloading and using the FarmBook — Sổ Cân Tôm app (the “app”), you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Licence
You are granted a personal, non-transferable right to use the app for your own personal or business use, with no time limit.
You may not resell the app, reverse-engineer it, tamper with its code, or attempt to unlock paid features without paying.
3. Free version and Pro
The free version lets you create up to 9 weigh sheets (for the lifetime of the device): tap baskets, total the kilos, work out the money by size, and record trader debts. Once you reach 9, the app will not create new sheets until you unlock Pro — your existing weigh sheets stay exactly where they are, none are lost. Deleting or archiving a sheet does not give the slot back. The 9 sheets belong to the device for its whole life (from version 21.8.36): uninstalling and reinstalling the app, or updating to a new version, does not add more. Devices that had already created 9 or more sheets can still open, edit, settle and share every sheet they have; to create new ones, unlock Pro.
The free version shows at most 9 weigh sheets at a time. When all 9 are in use and you want to keep weighing, the app offers to archive the oldest sheet: it is hidden from the Home screen, the Debt list and Statistics, but the data stays on your device — nothing is lost or deleted. Unlock Pro and everything reappears.
Pro adds: unlimited weigh sheets, the full debt book, yield and price statistics, balance statements and farm reports, data backup, weights read aloud, and organising by farm/pond/crop. There are two options:
- Pro Lifetime — 399,000đ: a one-time payment, kept forever on the store account used to buy it. No recurring fee.
- Pro Yearly — 199,000đ/year: each store runs it differently:
- On Android (Google Play): a prepaid plan that does NOT auto-renew. After 12 months the app simply returns to the free version; to carry on you buy it again yourself. Google never charges you again automatically.
- On iPhone (App Store): an AUTO-RENEWING yearly subscription. Apple notifies you before each renewal charge; you can cancel any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions — after cancelling you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
Prices are shown inside the app in your own currency, on the Pro screen, before you confirm any purchase.
Payment is handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store. The app never receives or stores your card details.
4. Refunds
Because every purchase goes through Google Play or the App Store, refunds follow those stores’ own refund policies. Please contact the store where you bought it. We are glad to help by email if needed.
5. Restoring a purchase
If you change device or reinstall the app, use the Restore button on the Pro screen to recover your purchase, as long as you are signed in with the same Google/Apple account you bought it with. Note: restoring recovers your Pro purchase, not your data — data must come from your own backup file.
6. Your data is yours — and you must back it up
The app runs offline and your data lives only on your device. We keep no copy on any server.
If you lose your phone, it breaks, or you uninstall the app without a backup, the data cannot be recovered. Please use Back up data regularly and keep the backup file somewhere safe (Zalo, Google Drive, a computer, and so on).
7. The app is a record-keeping tool — the numbers are your responsibility
The app helps you record and add up faster, but you enter the numbers. It does not weigh for you and cannot check what you type.
Before using any figure for a payment, a debt, or a trade, check it yourself. All trading, pricing, and debt decisions are your responsibility.
8. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app, including data loss caused by not backing up, or business losses caused by incorrectly entered figures. Nothing here removes consumer rights granted to you by law.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated alongside new versions of the app. The latest version always appears on this page with its update date.

หากคุณเปลี่ยนเครื่องหรือติดตั้งแอปใหม่ ให้ใช้ปุ่ม กู้คืน (Restore) ในหน้าจอ Pro เพื่อรับแพ็กเกจที่ซื้อไว้กลับคืน โดยต้องลงชื่อเข้าใช้บัญชี Google/Apple เดียวกับตอนที่ซื้อ หมายเหตุ: การกู้คืนได้คืนเฉพาะ แพ็กเกจ Pro ไม่ได้คืน ข้อมูล — ข้อมูลต้องกู้จากไฟล์สำรองของคุณเอง
6. ข้อมูลเป็นของคุณ — และคุณต้องสำรองข้อมูลเอง
แอปทำงานออฟไลน์ ข้อมูลอยู่ในเครื่องของคุณเท่านั้น เรา ไม่ เก็บสำเนาใด ๆ ไว้บนเซิร์ฟเวอร์
หากคุณทำเครื่องหาย เครื่องเสีย หรือถอนการติดตั้งแอปโดยยังไม่ได้สำรองข้อมูล ข้อมูลจะ กู้คืนไม่ได้ กรุณาใช้ฟีเจอร์ สำรองข้อมูล เป็นประจำ และเก็บไฟล์สำรองไว้ในที่ปลอดภัย (Zalo, Google Drive, คอมพิวเตอร์ ฯลฯ)

ก่อนใช้ตัวเลขเพื่อชำระเงิน จ่ายหนี้ หรือทำการซื้อขาย คุณต้องตรวจทานด้วยตัวเองอีกครั้ง การตัดสินใจซื้อขาย คิดเงิน และหนี้สินทั้งหมดเป็นความรับผิดชอบของคุณ
8. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
แอปให้บริการ “ตามสภาพ” ภายในขอบเขตที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมที่เกิดจากการใช้แอป รวมถึงการสูญหายของข้อมูลเพราะไม่ได้สำรองข้อมูล หรือความเสียหายทางธุรกิจจากการป้อนตัวเลขผิด เงื่อนไขข้อนี้ไม่ตัดสิทธิ์ที่กฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคมอบให้คุณ
9. การเปลี่ยนแปลง
เงื่อนไขอาจได้รับการอัปเดตพร้อมกับแอปเวอร์ชันใหม่ ฉบับล่าสุดจะแสดงอยู่ที่หน้านี้เสมอ พร้อมวันที่อัปเดต
